1. Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians, plumbers)
2. Facilities Management include housekeeping, repair & maintenance of electrical equipment (AC, Lights etc.), wooden furniture & fixtures, maintenance of cars, kitchen equipment, and other assests.
3. Keep record of maintenance of company owned vehicles.
4. Vendor management and contract negotiations
5. Organize and supervise other activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
6. Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
7. Protocol arrangements for foreigners and senior management.
8. Should possess well developed connections with companies and government organizations.
9. Knowledge of sale and purchase of cars.
10. Know how of civil work is a must.
11. Oversee all admin related issues for courier, tele Communication, meals, billing, traveling, housekeeping, office management,and maintenance for vehicles; tracker devices, electrical & electronics machine.
