Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and maintain data related to certifications and client information.
Update and maintain client records in company databases.
Analyze and interpret data for insights and reporting.
Research & Development:
Find contact numbers of consultants and experts on various platforms.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Identify potential business opportunities and niche markets.
Digital Marketing Support:
Assist with social media account management and content updates.
Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
Administrative Support:
Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks.
Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
