Job Description
We are hiring for our Head Office, Karachi. We seek a seasoned professional who will handle our critical or complex products that require excellent client relationship skills to maintain competitive positioning.
1: Business Development Manager
2: Senior Sales Manager
2: Corporate Business Development Manager
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Develop a plan to establish and maintain account relationships and meet personal sales targets.
Build a business plan for each account.
Coordinate use of resources (e. g., technical, advertising) to provide value-added services to accounts.
Develop strong client relationships that provide significant input to planning product, price, and service strategies.
Support supervisor and other sales professionals in developing new market opportunities in the designated territory or market.
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
Other duties as assigned
To convert the inquiries into sales for the company.
To write proposals & quotations for clients.
Excellent communication skills.
Delegate authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up
Ensure that all Account Executives meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals, and closes
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 3-4 years of related work experience
