We are a US-based Corporate Culture Company, and we're currently seeking a Customer Care Professional to join our Pakistan office. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to engage customers, drive conversions, and build brand loyalty.
Please note that this position requires working the night shift 6PM-3AM PST.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and convert customers.
Create compelling email content, including subject lines and body copy.
Segment email lists to ensure targeted and personalized messaging.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics.
Conduct A/B testing to improve open rates and conversions.
Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email regulations.
Automate email workflows, such as welcome sequences and re-engagement campaigns.
Collaborate with design and content teams to enhance email effectiveness.

Lahore: Candidates should be able to reliably commute to work or plan to relocate before starting the job (Preferred).

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
