•To effectively communicate with internal and external clients using all necessary communication mediums.
•Consulting clients/colleagues concerning the maintenance and performance of software systems and asking questions to obtain information clarify details and implement information.
•To ensure an accurate detailed time sheet is maintained on a daily basis.
•To ensure all necessary steps have been taken to ensure that project deadlines are met on time.
•To ensure that the online Google calendar is updated daily with all project information or WIP (work in progress)
•Testing new modules and fault finding
•Problem-solving and thinking laterally as part of a team, or individually, to meet the needs of the project
•To developed existing modules by analyzing and identifying areas for modification or improvement.
•To ensure that no development is installed on a client live server without following the company Q & A procedures.

•Creating technical specifications and test plans
•Maintaining systems by monitoring and correcting software defects
•Working closely with other staff, such as project managers, graphic artists, systems analysts, and sales and marketing professionals
•Constantly updating technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and/or external courses, reading manuals and accessing new applications
•You may be responsible for more than one project at a time.
•You may need to generate many types of document, including requirement specifications, schedules, project reports, communication (email) records, design specifications, meeting agendas, minutes and status reports.
