Job Description
RESPONSIBILTIES
*Prepares profit and loss statements, monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
* Analyzes and reviews budgets and expenditures, Prepare the budget for import of raw material from shipments.
* Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare general ledger accounts and document monetary transactions.
* Capability to understand the budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, tax returns, invoices and other accounting documents.
*Participate in the development of specifications for equipment, products or substitute materials.
*Maintain quotations, bills, invoices, vouchers and record of goods ordered and received.
*Coordination and reports to manager at the end of each month.
Qualification & Experience:
* preference will be for exparience on Microsoft office, peach tree and quick book.
* Good in communication and energetic.
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales.
* Computer knowledge
