Business Development Executive

* A background or understanding of IT, Web Designing, Web Development and Applications Development Projects.

* Complete Understanding and Experience of Working on Outsourcing Websites like Elance, RentACoder, Guru and Get a Freelancer Etc.

* Possess 2+ years experience in the same field.

* Document proposals and respond to incoming inquiries.

* Ability to develop strategies to generate business with new customers.

* Ability to interact frequently with clients/prospects to demonstrate the company value.

* Close business from new and existing clients to exceed/meet the given target.

* Ability to gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses & requirements.

* Communicate with target prospects and prioritize most likely buyers.

* Focused and motivated towards its business goals.

* Ability to work quickly and accurately.

* Experience in Communicating with International Clients.

Skills Required:

* Biding expertise on Elance, Guru and other freelancing portals.

* Having 4+ years experience.

* Self motivated and passion to achieve required milestone and targets.
