1. At least 2-3 years relevant managerial experience
2. Master’s degree in Computer Sciences from a reputable institute, example FAST, LUMS.
3. Hands on experience of SDLC and ERP implementation/ management in Oracle environment, System administration of Unix, Linux and Windows environment.
4. ERP certifications such as OCP, Oracle 11i E-Business Essentials, Oracle 11i System Administrator Fundamentals.
The suitable individual should be a motivated self-starter with the ability to build and lead a team of professionals, possessing excellent communication skills (both written and spoken English. He/ she should be able to manage assigned projects, collecting and documenting user requirements for applications development, coordinating testing, and user documentation in line with best practices. He / she should also be able to ensure implementation of change management aligned with company’s business strategy and business process reengineering.
The Head of IT Department will be responsible for maintenance, up gradation of ERP along with other allied applications and Ensure smooth functioning and continuous availability of software, computer applications and hardware infrastructure deployed in network environment in the company.
