“Operation Officer Female Karachi Branch”
Self-Motivated, Confident, Ability to work own Initiatives, Manage time, challenges, targets & Deadlines successfully.
Position calls for an articulate person who can effectively support, Take proactive role for smooth front-office operations.
Computer savvy having ability to learn New programs & software. Have advanced knowledge in MS Office 365, good typing skills.
Skills are required more of Operational/Administrative, Files management, DATA entry, Form processing, Requests & Reports generating.
Coordinate with interdepartmental personnel to process, record & update the AR sheet for received payments
Maintain comprehensive document management system, Organizing, filing project files, Contracts, Correspondence, Reports for future references
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Have or pursuing Degree in Commerce or Business administration.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in an Operational / Administrative support role in a service-orientated environment.
Job Type: Full-time 9:00AM to 6:00PM…. Saturday Sunday Off Days
Salary: Rs:30,000.00 – Rs:35,000.00 per month with all MNC benefits
