Asp Development Manager

• Direct, manage, and coordinate the services and activities of development staff.
• Ensure that the morale, productivity, training, quality of work and discipline of the staff is at an effective level.
• Manage resources and projects.
• Supervise and approve all design work.
• Supervise and perform quality control functions to ensure that the work product meets and exceeds established business standards and practices.
• Coordinate communication between the development staff and the business analytic or project management staff.

Skills:

• Demonstrated knowledge of development, analysis and design for applications and implementation plus technical and non-technical document writing skills
• Familiar with standard product development concepts, practices, and procedures
• Experience working with Microsoft .NET 2.0 Framework, ASP/ASP.NET, C#, AJAX, SQL Server 2005, Visual Basic 6.0, HTML, VB Script, JavaScript, SQL Server, Visual InterDev, Visual SourceSafe, MTS/COM+, IIS, XML, XSLT, ODBC.
• Possess the ability to be a self starter; be self motivated; effectively prioritize and execute tasks in order to meet deadlines; must possess superior analytical and problem-solving skills; accurate and detail orientated; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work well with development staff and technical staff is essential; work with minimal supervision; manage projects from beginning to end
