We are seeking a talented and experienced WordPress Developer to join our team. As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining WordPress websites and plugins. You will work closely with IT Manager to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality web solutions.
Responsibilities:

Website Development: Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites to meet client needs and specifications.

Theme Customization: Customize and modify WordPress themes to create unique and visually appealing websites.

Plugin Development: Develop custom WordPress plugins to add functionality or enhance existing features.

Content Management: Manage and update website content, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date.

Performance Optimization: Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness, and overall performance.

Security: Implement security best practices to protect websites from potential threats and vulnerabilities.

Responsive Design: Ensure that websites are responsive and compatible with various devices and browsers.

Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other developers to deliver cohesive web solutions.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve website issues, including bugs, errors, or performance issues.

Quality Assurance: Conduct testing to ensure websites function correctly and meet client expectations.

Documentation: Maintain documentation for website development, including code comments and user guides.

Stay Updated: Stay informed about the latest WordPress trends, updates, and best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a WordPress Developer or similar role.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Familiarity with WordPress themes, plugins, and the WordPress core.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of SEO and accessibility best practices is a plus.
