A Well reputed National Pharmaceutical company based at Karachi is looking for a OPERATIONS MANAGER. Purpose of the Position is to create / maintain a competitive edge for company by manufacturing and supplying pharmaceutical products of high quality and value, in a timely manner to full satisfaction of all stake holders. Responsible to control, monitor, provide direction and guidelines for basic production. To update the production processes as per latest guidelines. Qualification & Experience: M.Sc Chemistry/Biochemistry/Microbiology/B.Pharm/M.Pharm. 10-15 years Production & Plant Management Experience Skills: • Team Player and have the ability to to work with the cross functional teams. • Can work under limited supervision with the ability to manage and lead the teams. • Proactive approach in problem solving and lead the team. Experience: 10-15 years Production & Plant Management Experience Compensation: Rs.150k to 300k as Gross Salary with 1300 Cc Toyota Corolla Gli company maintained & Fuel.
