Urgently Required Production Manager(packaging) Pharma Karachi

A Well reputed National Pharmaceutical Company based at Karachi is looking for a PRODUCTION MANAGER(PACKAGING).Incumbent will  be responsible  for the following:
 
Responsibilities:
 
Ensure that all operations are carried out according to SOP and all protocols of scheduled products are available and the protocols of the finished batches are send to the Sr. Production Manager.
Monitoring discipline and performance of workers.
Ensure that the area, machines and material are all clean and are in accordance with GMP rules and regulation.
Prepare schedule of machine operators and workers related to their trainings.
Ensure that the products that are to be packed have been released by QA before packing.
To keep control over losses and ensure safety of personnel as per OSHAS policy  of the company.
 
Skills:
Team Player and have the ability to to work with the  cross functional teams.
Can work under limited supervision with the ability to manage and lead the  teams.
Proactive approach in problem solving and devise creative solutions.  
 
Education:  B.Pharm/M.Pharm from the reputed University.
 
Experience:  7-10 years of working experience preferably in MNC
with a minimum of 2-3 years in the similar role.  
           
Compensation: Rs.100k to 150k as Gross Salary with 1000 Cc Suzuki Cultus VXR company maintained & Fuel. Group Health & Life Takaful. 1 Gross Bonus.
