Customer Service Executive

Job Description:
• Support sales team to provide baseline working on Target Customers. 
• To provide timely feedback to customers on rate requests and follow up.
• To maintain good Liaison with customers and ensure Client satisfaction.
• To ensure proper creation of SOP’s.
• To co-ordinate with activities of sales & customer services to ensure efficient, defect free service to all customers the first time every time.
• To exhaustively use stats reports and assist sales team to set targets on new accounts. Also gain market info about specific products and highlight customers for aggressive selling.
• To ensure that our overall competitiveness in the market place is maintained at all times (in close cooperation with customer service / marketing – pricing).
• To ensure compliance to all procedures of outstanding freight and freight collection.
• To ensure profitability as per corporate requirements.
• Development of a quarterly sales plan in conjunction with Management.
• Liaise with cross functional teams where needed.
