Lead the team of Customer support
Answering questions and provides assistance to potential and current customers
Scheduling routing as per clients’ requirements/Complains on daily bases
Coordinating and properly answer clients on e-mail regarding complains
Responsible to maintain Daily Report of Sales and Performance
Executing customer support Calls which will result in maximizing sale-in percentages
Answering clients’ inquiries
Up-selling and cross-selling while discussing the offered product with all customers
Meeting or exceeding monthly / quarterly / annual customer support team goals
Demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills
Using knowledge base / training material to resolve Customers concerns
Cold Calling to Corporate Clients
Follow up the leads
Working in a professional environment with a professional attitude
Must Be committed to the work
Must have quality to gain the work load
