Project Manager

We are looking for the right candidate to fill a vacancy of Project Manager in our company. The qualities we are looking for include creativity, leadership, adaptability, decisiveness and general friendly disposition.

Requirements:
Must be fluent in English
Must have excellent communication and leadership skills, and an ability to create a supportive and uplifting environment for each employee in the workplace.
Must be Graduate or Masters
Must have sufficient knowledge about Graphics Designing, Web Development, Animations and Software Development.

Duties:
You will be responsible for:
Planning and developing project ideas. This includes managing client requests, developing a project plan and assigning team members tasks accordingly.
Strong communication skills
Maintaining good working relationships with each employee, and effective leadership where they all are allowed to explore and exercise their full potential. Providing guidance and training to each employee that requires it.
Setting deadlines, monitoring project progress, and maintaining proper, constant workflow. Also informing the team of any changes if client needs.
Solve any issues with the projects that may arise.
Evaluate project performance. This involves assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of a completed project, identifying shortcomings and taking action to prevent them from recurring.

The salary is 30,000 to 40,000 rupees
Timings are from 9:00 AM to 06:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
