Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated candidate having rich experience of Us based call center with excellent English both spoken and written.Candidate will be responsible for :
Generating sales inquiries through calls, custom quote request forms, chats and emails.
Managing incoming calls, chats and emails.
Making sure every inquiry is catered properly; working under supervision of sales manager and project manager to convert these inquiries into sales.
Assessing customer’s needs and coordinating with estimation team to make sure customer receives price quotation in time.
Periodic follow-ups to convert inquiries into sales.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the company guidelines and production capabilities.
Keep records of customer inquiries, interactions, special requests, artwork and other files.
Coordinating with design team to make artwork changes requested by customer.
Coordinating with shipping team to make sure customer receives his/her job on time.
 
Note:Candidate should have fluency in English and candidates having experience of Us based call center (packaging campaign) will be preferred.
This is a night shift job (8pm to 5Am) With Saturday and Sunday off. Salary Package ranges from 20,000 to 50,000 depending upon the skills excluding commission.
