Finance/ Communication/ Good Communication skills,
with urdu & english speaking fluency,
knowledge of other languages will be preferred,
Handling of phone calls and messages.
Maintain proper record of calls
Receiving and directing visitors
Proper handling and record keeping of incoming & outgoing posts
Will be required to attend to the assigned routine administrative functions
1-2 years of experience of handling the PABX.
Candidate should have good interpersonal communication skills, a responsible attitude and have a polite, patient and pleasant personality.
