Janitorial & Cleaning- Helper/ Dishwashers
Responsible to keep clean environment and all functional/ nonfunctional areas of branch premise.
Responsible to cleans dishware, flatware, glassware and other items include culinary/ kitchen/ tandoor(s) pans, pots,
utensils & and sanitizes if necessary.
Responsible to handle all work very carefully to eliminate breakage & apparent of utensils
Responsible to ensure that MARO guests will enjoy food on clean dishware, glassware, tableware, that are served using
clean serving pieces, and cooked in clean pieces of equipment.
Wash other Crockery and tandoor
Clean sink
Clean kitchen/ bar appliance
Wipe out microwave
Clean out freezer
Clean and disinfect rubbish can (Kitchen/ tandoor/ bar basket must be clean every time)
Keep focus about freshness & cleanness of kitchen/ tandoor/ bar.
Keep clean all things like Crockery items in kitchen/ tandoor/ bar before & after meal ready.
Keep clean properly the hot/ cold water dispenser/ electric Kettle/ coffees machines.
Remove & avoid to put any distinct items in culinary/ kitchen/ tandoor which disturb the area.
Sweep floor and wipe properly.
Requirement Criteria (Age 18 to 33 Year’s, Fresh up to 4 Years’ experience, Previously experienced in hotel/ restaurant industry)
