Role; Sales Engineer
Duties You will do;
Develop and maintain the long-term relationships with new, prior and existing customer. Responsible to plan and carry out daily sales activities as set priority, budget and sales volume. Daily discussions with team lead regarding tasks and any new assignment. Official visits to customer offices. And ensure customer service levels are maintained at each stage of the sales process. Formal calling to assigned area to develop old clients and recruit new clients for business growth and development. Ensure to respond to and follow up sales inquiries by telephone, and personal visits. Sharing the detail of customer to the direct team lead. Correspondence with other departments as per need. Responsible to persuading customer, negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both customer and company needs. Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts. Responsible to provide pre-sales technical assistance and product awareness. Responsible to provide technical backup support after sales and services. Arranging and carrying out product training. Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs. Liaising with other members of the sales team and senior management. Helping in the design of custom-made products/solutions. Responsible to respond the technical queries and guide over pre, runtime and post- sale advising. Technical sales engineers will be the key point of contact for clients and provide both pre and after-sales advice. Responsible to providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team. Responsible to support the marketing team by attending events, trade shows and conferences. Maintain and develop a customer and prospect client database. Involvement on payment follow-ups, arrange demonstration as per client demand. Any other task assigned by management.
Requirement Criteria;
The ideal candidate should have at least 2-6 years of experience in technical sales, Preference skills and traits includes ability to demonstrate, quick learner, keeps update on all products knowledge always, good listener and details oriented, hard-working/ responsible and well organized, age between 23 to 33 years or around, people person, strong responding and customer care skills, proficiency in computing, effective negotiation
