*Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll database system.
*Share daily attendance and absent report with HR Manager.
*Verify and rectify daily attendance report, post information onto designated records.
*Keep track record of staff leaves, such as Annual vacation, Casual/personal, and sick leave.
*Complete time attendance sheets showing employees' arrival and departure times.
*Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, in order to maintain and update payroll records.
Filling Cv`s properly at time office.
*Record visitors and contractors daily In and Out on register.
*Maintain vehicles daily In and Out vehicle`s log book.
*Maintain daily dispatch and Security In and Out log book.
*Monitor/inspect food quality, cafeteria cleaning and note down exact staff head count at dinner (night).
*Also during night shift gentlemen`s have to ensure cleaning in specific areas of plant inside and outside.
