1. Generating and Maturing Leads
• Research prospects and generating leads
• Contact potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/product’s portfolio
• Make sure timely preparation of sales targets and proposals by operations team and forward the same to the potential client
2. Ensuring Smooth sales Operations
• Build and maintain a CRM database
• Create frequently reviews and daily/on-demand sales reports with sales and financial data
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Participate in sales team meetings
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
3. Understanding Market Dynamics
• Identify new market and explore business growth opportunity within the designated area
• Conduct varied marketing and branding activities based upon reporting manager’s feedback and approval
• Represent the company in all relevant trade shows, conferences and seminars locally/regionally/nationally
4. Building Customer Relationships
• Develop and sustain long-term relationship with customers by handling any questions, inquiries, and complaints in the real time
• Assist area Manager/Reporting Manager in preparing company registration documents for all/any housing, PHED, MES, industrial and Government, private projects and industrial customers within the designated area
Desired Skillset & Expertise
• Bachelors degree (Preferably in Sales & Marketing)
• At least 02-03 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Thorough understanding of Sales, marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Aptitude in delivering attractive corporate presentations
