Job Description
UK Based Travel & Tour operator is looking for Travel Consultant for their Call Centre in   Islamabad, Pakistan. Candidate must have 3 to 4 years experience as Travel Consultant and excellent command on English language. Candidate also need to have excellent command on GDS. SABRE, GALILEO & WORLDSPAN. Candidate must have knowledge of Internet and Internet applications. e.g MS Office, Outlook.
Advising clients on travel arrangements, e.g. visas and passports
Follow up with clients about travel plans and make adjustments as needed
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Consult clients in all their queries.
Increase overall sales efficiency and profitability through excellent salesmanship
Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities.
