We are Recruitment Placement Service Provider, hiring qualified Technical Recruiters for our Client's Manpower Requirements.
Responsibilities:
1) Writing and posting technical job advertisements on Company's JobsWebPortal, LinkedIn, Facebook Page and other platforms of social media.
2) Sources, screens and provides shortlists of qualified applicants for various IT-related roles at different clients.
3) Search for potential candidates using various sources such as databases, internet recruiting resources, networking, job fairs, media advertisements.
4) Interviewing candidates using various techniques (e.g. technical assessments, behavioral and structured questions)
5) Prior experience with conducting various types of interviews (e.g. structured, phone, Skype)
6) Promotes a company’s JobsWebPortal by networking with potential candidates using online/offline channels, promote the company's JobsWebPortal and populate the database on daily basis.
7) Participating in tech meetups and conferences for networking with talented IT professionals and introducing Company's JobsWebPortal.
8) Promoting the reputation of Company's JobsWebPortal among the Employers and Jobseekers.
Requirements:
At least a Bachelor’s degree in IT OR Diploma in Computer Science.
Solid technical background needed to understand as well as explain requirements for IT-related jobs.
Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills.
Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
Strong social aptitude and ability to build relationships.
Technical knowledge to be able to talk to job prospects and understand qualifications.
