Job Description:
The candidate must have hands-on experience working with Windows, Linux, Mail systems, AD, LAN/WAN technologies, ISA 2006, Cisco ASA Firewalls, IPSec/SSL VPN, Clustering, Hyper-V and latest LAN/WAN monitoring tools.
Experience with following will be a plus: VSTS, MRTG, SpiceWorks, SPS 3.0, SQL server, GFI Technologies.
The individual should be able to work in a high-paced environment.

Skills Required:

Team Management, Mentoring Network team
- Overall maintenance/troubleshooti ng of entire infrastructure i.e. Server/PC/LAN/WAN
- Preparing New Servers, Virtual Machines
- Server consolidation/planning using VMs
- Preparing baseline servers for deployment team i.e. Application Server/Database Server
- Server side management for Local/Remote Offices over WAN
- Coordinating with other teams to deploy/troubleshoot issues at client
- Maintaining the Email accounts and Email Groups on Mail Server
- Setup/maintain FTP synchronizer accounts for client offices
- FTP server maintenance for local/remote servers
- Conducting Monthly backups
- Coordinating with Hardware vendors to obtain quotations/hardware/warra nties etc.
- Maintaining and ensuring the UPS systems, coordinate with UPS vendor for fixing/purchasing new UPS systems
- Maintaining and troubleshooting of LAN devices i.e. switches/routers/firewall
- Providing smooth Internet access to all teams, coordinate Internet issues with ISPs
- R&D and Implementation of new technologies for various projects/tasks
