Required Skills
- Installation & Configuration of different Operating Systems on both Servers and client Machines(Desktops &Laptops)
- Install and configured various types of software
- Good understanding of Network topologies
- Configuration of all type of network devices used (i.e. Router, switch and etc.)
- PC hardware problem diagnosing & troubleshooting
- Recovery of data from corrupted, reformatted drives with disk recovery tools
- Should be Familiar with Data Centre Facilities
- Ensure proper movement of computer equipment and technology logistics
- ensure network implementation, security and monitoring
- troubleshooting
- Provide end user support to the end users
- Coordinate with Vendors on support aspects involving installations, warranty support etc. Update IS Service Management Team lead on issues involving vendors
- Any Task assigned by Management Team lead
- Put innovative ideas into action as per directions from higher rank.
