We are looking for an HR Manager to join our online team in Pakistan. A team player with good work ethics/Strong personality and experience in dealing with onboarding and offboarding procedures, Posting advertisements online to recruit new employees, Terminations, Coordinate with all departments on staff needs, good communicator, Active Employees followup procedures, Techsavy and good in maintaining online database (Bamboo) for all employees, Payroll reporting in Excel, excellent English language skills, knowledge of Visio, Graphical Reporting, Bamboo HR software, Advance Tracker Software, JOT forms would definitely be an asset. Quick learner, willing to work long shifts, Night Shifts, flexible on timings, Meet deadlines and complete tasks. Should have good Excel & IT skills, Creative and have leadership qualities. This is a night shift online (Work from Home) job 6 PM to 3 AM / 5 Days / 40 hours minimum / Week. The HR manager would support the corporate team in Canada on all HR related functions.
