Job Responsibilities

As a SEO Analyst, you will be required to:
• Advance knowledge of Internet advertising (MSN ad Center, Google Adwords Overture, banner ads, online newsletters.
• Strong knowledge of,
o Search engine optimization (SEO)
o Social Media Optimization (SMO)
o Local Search Optimization
o Web Analytics
o Custom Search Engines (CSE)
o Pay per Click Advertising (PPC)
• Website marketing techniques, marketing Skills
• Work as a supervisor in Search Engine Marketer, primary objective is to generate traffic/sales on given websites Act as hunter to generate new business opportunities.
• Recognize and respond to sales opportunities.
• Utilize computer software programs (i.e. emails) to track client information and activities.
Required Qualification
We are looking for people who are ready to make change, highly motivated, flexible, eager to learn and willing to be a part of a collaborative team. We are willing to invest time and money into training the right student for this role.
• 3-5 years executing search marketing for a high volume consumer website
• Must have deep knowledge of HTML standards, XHTML, Web 2.0 standards & other web related tools knowledge including Photoshop, Ajax and flash etc.
• Must have a thorough working knowledge of paid search engine marketing.
• Well versed in Google Adwords, Yahoo Search Marketing, and MSN Ad Center paid search interfaces.
• Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and prioritize time.
• Comfortable working with team members at all levels, including senior management.
• Familiar with a major web analytics vendor such as Omniture, Hitbox, Coremetrics or Webtrends to drive marketing decision making.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
