Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Leader with 10+ years of leadership experience in KSA. We are looking for an strong individual who is able to set strategy, be an trusted advisor to the business with regards to HR topics and be able to drive change within the organization.

Responsibilities
Lead the function's strategic direction and partner with internal stakeholdersServe as an advisor and coach to the Executive Leadership Team; Design and implement talent acquisition strategiesApply change management techniques and assist in driving innovation and changeManage a team of circa 20 people


Qualifications
Bachelor or Master degreeA minimum of 25 years of experience within an HR leadership role in SaudiExcellent people management skillsDeep technical HR expertise and past experience overseeing the full HR suitArabic speaking is a must
