Crm Specialist /data Analyst

· Gather, create and document current and future business process flows  ·Create clear, concise and complete functional specifications & requirements documents. 
·Conduct testing and evaluation to ensure quality and consistency
· Train user personnel in the use of the system
· Prepare and analyze data conversion requirements
· One time complete Sales force internal audit
· Complete analysis in depth of Sales force CRM Project base job  opportunity
· Import new contacts we get from different sources into the CRM
· Ensure data validity and prevent duplication of contacts
·  Regularly reporting on tracked revenue, conversion rate and various other metrics to management
·Create reports, forms and other deliverable s for projects and tickets
· Self-starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
