Primary Position Objective
Looking for a person who will be responsible for the development of the business and to attract new clients and maintain a beneficial relationship with the current ones. Analysis of data and recommendation of new growth strategies also comes under their ambit.
Responsibilities:
· Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
· Develop short-term and long-term revenue strategies that deliver significant revenue growth
· Build long term relationship with new and existing customers
· Identify industry trends
· Proactively pitch ideas that aid in enhancing the company image
· Ideate best ways to transform creative ideas into winning presentations
· Business development reaching out to publications and brands for Firework installation.
· Making creative campaign plans
· Client servicing
· Pitching social media management and production services to brands and agencies
· Ad sales
Qualifications and Skill Set:
· 2-3 years of experience in digital agencies, especially in ad sales
· Sound knowledge of the digital media and good in business development
· Proven track record of negotiating and closing large deals/contracts
· Tech-savvy with expert knowledge of excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of using sales tools like Hubspot/Salesforce is a plus.
· Highly analytical and data-savvy with an ability to think both strategically and creatively
