General Ledger Operations
Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statement
Account/Bank reconciliation
Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
Must be able to create a balance sheet and income statement on Monthly basis from bank statement, credit cards statement, loan documents and payroll reports
Administer account receivable and account payable
Collection emails and calls to clients
Maintain record of Invoices, Quotation & P. Orders
Any other task assigned my Management
