. Excellent Web Template Designing Skills
. Slicing, Abode Photoshop
. Abode Dreamweaver
. Abode Fireworks
. Cross browser compatibility (Chrome, Firefox, IE, Etc)
. Server side scripting knowledge is plus (dot net and java)
. Plus point will be given to those who can show their profile/work
