Job Description

Outline the building drawings at site and ensure that construction work of  buildings etc are executed as per drawings,
Deploy workforce on all building works as per priorities set out by the CEO,
Guide and supervise masons and other workforce for appropriate work,  
Prepare material demand of building works and supply schedule,
Arrange timely supply of material by the suppliers,
Verify the quality and quantity of the supplied material,
Ensure that building works are  carrying out up to the standard and specifications, 
Ensure proper and economical utilization of workforce and material,
Monitor working of the workforce take action against  inefficient workers,
 Any other assignment/work entrusted by the CEO.
