Job Description
Job Summary:
Promote and develop Software Training business for the Company by visiting and developing clients in pre - defined territory and market segments.
Frequently interact customers, identify their training needs and introduce Online and Offline Software Training programs.
Plan and work out sales activities for the target market and drive promotional campaigns in the territory.
Assist Promotion Manager to achieve revenue targets of Software Training and keep him update about the market trends.
Key Performance Areas: -
Develops and maintains customer relations in pre-defined territory / market segment
Identify Software Training needs of potential prospects in the territory
Introduce Software Training Course and develops Training business by constant follow up
Implement Business Promotion plans in the target market segment
Develops and implements promotion tactics to cultivate maximum profit / revenue in the territory
Assists Promotion Manager and achieve respective business targets respectively.
Mines contacts data of potential prospects of online and offline training courses and keep the database updated.
Prepare and submits business proposals to target prospects, negotiate and conclude Software Training program
Collect and ensure timely payments against invoices for own business deals
Analyzes results of promotion and business development activities in the territory and keep Company updated on progress and competition trends.
Identify business promotion methodology of competition in the territory
Accomplishes all other tasks, duties, targets and work assigned by the Manager Promotions.
Work conditions: -
Work in the field and frequently visit potential prospects in predefined territory and target market segment.
Education and Experience: -
•Certified Software Developer / I.T. Graduate / BBA I.T. with 2 to 3 years Sales experience
• MS I.T. / MBA in Marketing
•Familiar with local Market
•Orient with Database and Software Development
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: -
•Willing to work on incentive based business development
•Possess knowledge of Sales and Customer Relations
•Ability to self-star and work with minimal supervision.
•Proficient in business negotiation
•Experiential knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
•Good verbal and written communication skills
•Willing to travel in the territory
•Have good presentation, interpersonal and Human Relation Skills
•Ability to manage multiple tasks
