Assistant Logistic Manager will be assigned to a Logistic Manager. He/She will work under the supervision of Logistic Manager and will do assigned tasks related to the Shipments of our customers.
Main Job Descriptions will include:-
1. Coordination with Suppliers and Customers for Shipments Follow up and Feedback.
2. Checking the Shipping Documents Like, Invoice, Packing List & Way Bills for accuracy.
3. Sending Contracts, Acknowlegements, and Proper Tracking Details and Timely feedback regarding Shipments in Process.
Coordination with International suppliers will require an extensive use of emails, messenger chats, negotiation and verbal communication over telephone.
