Electrical Technician Engineer

Job Description
We are hiring skilled Electrical Technician to perform electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks in data centers and industrial facilities. The role involves working on power distribution systems, UPS, grounding, and cabling to ensure the smooth operation of critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including UPS, circuit breakers, power distribution units (PDUs), and grounding systems in data centers.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical panels, generators, and power backup systems.
Troubleshoot electrical faults, diagnose issues and provide timely solutions.
Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards.
Assist with structured cabling, including fiber optic and network cable installation.
Coordinate with IT and facilities teams to support critical infrastructure needs.
Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities and reports.
Requirements:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering, DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in Electrical, or relevant technical certification.
2+ years of experience in electrical works, preferably in data centers, telecom facilities, or industrial settings.
Knowledge of electrical codes, grounding, and power distribution systems.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Familiarity with UPS systems, battery banks, and power redundancy setups is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
Willingness to work on-site and flexible hours as required.
