Managing and maintaining operational and environmental parameters.
Managing, monitoring and enhancing ITRC ISP network and security services.
Deploying, upgrading, updating and maintaining servers for different ITRC services.
Ensuring firmware, patches and anti-virus are updated on equipment and on OS.
Ensuring security of network to remote users by providing secure VPN connectivity.
Ensuring backup and restoration mechanism for all critical services and equipment.
Coordinating with vendors to perform preventive services for all critical equipment and services.
Managing complaint mechanism and resolving within defined time as per SLAs.
Support group companies during deployment of equipment, drills and upgrading services.
Ensuring software licenses keys are properly managed and distributed to group companies.
Keeping governance documents updated.
Assist Cybersecurity department during penetration testing.
