Sales Manager Required

We have an “IT Business Development and Sales Management” vacancy available in our company. We are small but growing IT Services Company offering services ranging from web solutions to email and hosting service and internet marketing to bespoke business software development.
We are looking for an experienced [ 1-2 year(s) ] business development manager with very good communication skills including both verbal and written in at-least two main languages, Urdu and English. Ideally you would have experience of selling IT service over internet, phone as well as in face to face interaction. You should have ability to learn new skills especially related to IT so that you can represent our company services in better way and make and maintain very good relationship with new and old customers.
Our company culture is very professional but we do encourage our employee learn and develop new skills and provide them maximum opportunity to grow within their department. This job is target oriented and you are supposed to meet sales target each month and your progress would be measured throughout the job. There is probation of 3 months and you would get pay review after probation period which would be based on your performance.
Initially job is home based and you are supposed to have computer and internet connection at home, but we will move to office after the completion of whole business team. You will contact different individuals and companies both in Pakistan and abroad especially UK. You will also responsible to maintain record of all the customer contact and transaction while advertising business on different forums.
