meeting coordinator who explains the company mission, vision, and goal of the meeting effectively. Make the purposeful meeting with leads, clients, and investors.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Setting up meetings with other attendees, such as clients or vendors, or investors.
Discussing agenda topics with leads and investor
Prepare proposals and presentations for contract negotiations
Plan, analyze, and report on post-conference feedback
Requirements:
Knowledge of cryptocurrency/NFT
Degree in Mass Communication, international relationship, sales, and marketing, or equivalent.
Available at Japan Time
Good communication skills
Excellent English written and spoken skills
Time management and organizational skills
Prior experience in the sales and marketing Field
