Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic retention specialist Females Candidates to help us retain our core customer base. In this role, you will deal directly with our customers to find out what issues they are facing.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage incoming phone calls
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
Advanced communications and interpersonal skills
Manage daily expenses
Ensure the task given by higher management on-time
Requirements:
Master's Degree in appropriate field, bachelor's degree will also be preferable
3+ years experience in a similar role
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
