Criteria for Eligibility (Education/Experience/Language )
Must have a Bachelors degree or equivalent.
2 or more years work experience will be an advantage

JD:
The core job responsibilities for this post are as under:
- To answer telephone promptly and in a polite and professional manner.
-To obtain and enter accurate patient information in the provided database (Eg: Name, address, telephone number, Medical history, medicine patient is using etc).
-To record patient orders for drugs/medicines and process the same.
-To understand customers’ inquiries or complaints and deal effectively with patients and their care-givers
-Responsible for documenting all customer interactions in the provided computer system/database
-To utilize automated (or if unavailable, manual) computer software for reporting the adverse events and effectively communicating AE and related information to the client as per defined protocols or rules.
-To report Adverse event, if identified in the stipulated time of 24 hours to the client
-Responsible for solving problems and educating callers about health programs and procedures
-To refer patients to the online consultant for medical advice if needed.
-Other duties and special projects that are assigned by management.
