Criteria for Eligibility (Education/Experience/Language )
•       Must be a MBBS/Pharm D..
•       2 or more years work experience will be an advantage
•       Must be fluent in English & Urdu.
•       Females are encouraged to apply

JD:

The core job responsibilities for this post are as under:
•       Counseling of patients in order to increase patient's adherence to advised therapy.
•       To provide patients detailed information regarding certain diseases and products.
•       To provide General Medical advice.
•       To remind patients about their due dose of (assigned product) medicines.
•       Refer to and fix appointments with the leading consultants in the respective city.
•       To follow up patients after they have used the medicine.
•       To educate patients regarding their Diet Plan
•       Conducting Source Data Verification (SDV) activities following the procedures outlined in OnQual SOPs and Guidelines
•       To perform quality check activities for reported adverse events during the process of Pharmacovigilance
•        Tracking the outcome of Source Data Verification.
•        Accurate reporting of missed Adverse Events, identified during reconciliation
•       To make sure that all the process of reconciliation & SDV is done according to the SOPs and guidelines provided by the company.
