Job description :
?Provide availability of qualified staff for Coverage Hours.
?Conduct day-to-day operations in accordance with Customer’s recommended procedures.
?Perform tests, output data analyses, and measurements as specified by Customer’s operations and maintenance processes.
?Diagnose and work to correct system troubles identified at Customer’s site using the resources made available by Customer and implement restore procedures when appropriate and if feasible.
?Verify repair of faulty devices.
?Execute all escalation procedures, as appropriate.
?Perform preventive maintenance tasks as negotiated with Customer:
?Generate periodic summaries and performance monitoring reports providing information about system status.
