Able to work BTL and manage projects under tight budget.
Able to come up with creative idea’s to market Company’s product line.
Establish Sales Quotas by product and industry group.
Set Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales and Gross Profit Margins by territory and provide direction for their attainment.
Provides timely feedback to the directors regarding performance.
Ensure that all sales personnel are properly trained and adhere to company policies and procedures. Candidates with FMCG background will only be shortlisted for further screening process.
