Job Description

A candidate must be Master degree in Finance or equivalent.
A candidate must have 4-5 years experience of handling business projections, business plans, feasibility studies and excellent command of MS Excel for Modelling.
Hands on experience of preparing the business plans with presentations as well as knowledge of business models.
Must be well aware about loan application procedures with banks and documentation requirements.
Understanding of developing contracts for any joint ventures with any single or company.
Hand on experience to making the feasibility of business i.e( Sole proprietorship, Private Limited, Public Limited as well as small scale business)
Know-how of business contracts with other companies for business dealing i.e Supplies, services and as well as out sourcing.
