Job Overview: This position will strive primarily for getting Pakistan Sweet Home AFP registered with corporations and individuals, which make donations for welfare and education of orphans in Pakistan Sweet Home.
The most crucial part of the job is to identify potential grant support from individuals, government agencies, foundations, and business organizations to tap their corporate social responsibility initiatives
1. Make relevant research to recognize organizations that have grant opportunities.
2. Develop and carry out fundraising strategies
3. Evaluate the results from data for development of fundraising activities.
4. Increase the individual donor base by using creative means.
5. Directly involve in registration, grant writing as well as donor development work.
6. Research for effective and authentic funding opportunities having a lawful registration and proven track record
7. Meeting personally with highly donors.
8. Oversee if the grants are implemented according to the operational and financial needs of the organization.
9. Oversee the job of invoicing, accounting, reporting, and other administrative functions to ensure successful execution of grant process.
10. Prepare financial or budget plans and allocation along with the planning and finance department in accordance with each requirement
11. Make and analyze the budget for upcoming events
12. Provide detailed reports to the funders and the board of directors with respect to the organization’s progress
13. Monitor paperwork and other related documents connected with grant-funded programs
14. Maintain records of all payments and receivables and prepare monthly records for all grant related activities
15. Provide training to the new staff on grants management and reporting requirements
16. Ensuring that we provide our supporters with the best donor experience possible, where they feel valued and informed about the impact they are making with assistance of junior staff.

1. Strong command over written and verbal communication
2. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
3. Good understanding of the organization’s overall business and its objectives
4. Experience with basic financial management skills including developing and monitoring budgets and financial reporting.
5. A multi-tasker with strong ability to work under pressure.
6. Proficient in using computers with related knowledge of software programs and Internet.
