Job Description

 
The Bus Hostess job function is very quick paced. The Bus Hostess main job responsibility is to promptly seat Guests and keep alert to the dining phase of each party to ensure efficient and timely seating. Here are the responsibilities of the Bus Hostess function:
Memorize table numbers, pivot points, and station assignments
Be familiar with the dining room layout
Know the maximum number each table/booth can accommodate
Here are the tasks of the Bus Hostess:
Greet Guests
Promptly seat Guests
Track open/available tables and booths
Inform the Coordinator Host/Hostess of available tables
Assist in bussing, setting up, and maintaining tables
