Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly, welcoming manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Perform general administrative duties (filing, data entry, photocopying, etc.).
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Address customer inquiries and concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in customer service or a front desk role is preferred.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
