? Fluently reporting the general/ necessary issues on the daily basis to General Manager at factory and HR/Admin Manager at head office.
? To supervise/ Monitor the floors and wastage of factory (weights, delivery, weakly reports).
? To keep a strict watch to ensure that workers on duty do not exceed the approved strength.
? To follow-up and prepare all procedures/documents as per given HR-Manual.
? Maintain day to day personnel files and Master data in HRMS in confidential manners.
? Prepare accurate, complete timely payroll, records changes affecting net-salaries, advances arrears, allowances and loan payments for each employee to update master payroll records. Pay slips, dispatching salary at bank, distribute cash salary to workers. Ensure that worker/staff clearances on their resignation / termination of service are with legal bounds.
? Maintain record of Employee’s attendance, overtimes, leaves, and short-leaves.
? To arrange training of first-aid, emergency/accident, evacuation drill, fire drill and other machine’s training as per requirement.
? Handling administrative and medical issues of labor and executive staff at factory.
? To Asst. compliance external audits like (Levi’s, Cintas, VF Europe etc) and also manage documentation as per buyer’s requirement.
? To arrange formal or informal meeting between HOD and management staff.
? To arrange transport loading, maintenance and other utility bills of office/factory.
? To supervise of drivers, Peons, riders, kitchen functions housekeeping, loaders etc.
? Look after operation of shipments, inspection of coming inventory/store material as per invoice and maintain records of gate passes as per D/O, P/O and sign IGP’s.
? Able to perform any competent task assigned by the senior management.
